FAQ's and Policies of
Minnesota Inflatables

Q: What is included with delivery?
A:
We will deliver, set-up, and
take down the unit(s)
We Inflate, vacuum, sanitize and perform an inspection of the unit(s)
Q: Can we pickup the inflatables from your location and set the
units up ourselves?
A: For safety reasons, all
moonwalks must be set up and taken down, by a representative of
Minnesota Inflatables.
Due to the sheer size of our bouncers, no customer pick ups are
permitted. Besides, it's best to leave the work to us!
Q: What method of payment do you accept for rentals?
A: Cash, Checks (NSF fee of $15)
Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve an inflatable?
A: No we do not require a deposit
at this time.
Q: How long are customers allowed to keep rented products?
A:
Our rental price is for up to 6
hours.
Q: What size area is required to accommodate a moonwalk?
A: 20x20X20 foot minimum
unobstructed level area is required for our 15’ X 15’ X 16’
moonwalks.
Q: What types of surfaces can the Inflatable be set-up on?
A: We need a level, uniform
surface. We prefer Grass. We will set up on Concrete, Blacktop or
Carpet. There is an extra charge of 50.00 for all surfaces other
then grass.
No Dirt, Rock, Gravel or Sand setups.
Q: How far from an electrical outlet can you set up an inflatable?
A: 100' Maximum from an
electrical outlet.
Q: How much electricity does each unit use? What type of power
source is needed?
A: Each blower uses up to 12amps
of power. Our blower works on standard household 110V outlets.
Q: What prep should I do before the inflatable rental arrives?
A: Dogs (animals) must be
tied/caged before and during event.
Please make sure you have at least 3.5 feet of clearance leading to
setup location. Turn off automatic sprinklers, do not water grass
the night before. Please pick up all animal feces, rocks, sticks,
and any other items that can put holes in the units. If going
indoors remove center post from double doors.
Q: Can I have a moonwalk at a park?
A:
Minnesota Inflatables will set-up at all parks with permission.
Please check with the park prior to the event to make sure that
inflatables are allowed in the park. Most parks need permission
prior to us setting up inflatables in them. Also make sure that the
park has power (electricity) that you can use.
Q: Can we set up an inflatable indoors?
A: Yes! As long as you have a
20’X20’X20’ for large units and a 10’X10’X10’ for small units. We
will not go up or down stairs.
Q: My yard slopes, is that a problem?
A: A little slope is not a
problem. Steep slopes, however, are unsafe for inflatables and we
will not set-up on steep slopes for safety reasons.
Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable?
A: Rental times vary. We will do
our best to accommodate your party needs. It only takes us about 20
minutes to set up the inflatable(s).
Q: Can you provide an operator for our inflatables?
A:
Yes!!! Staffing is $30.00 per
hour per attendant with a 4 hour minimum.
Q: What happens if we spill on the units??
A: Customer is responsible to
clean up spills immediately. If not immediately cleanup the
customer will be charged a $125 cleaning fee. This also applies to
vomit, urine, silly string, or face paint that is not cleaned up
immediately.
Q: What happens if we damage the unit?
A:
The customer will be held liable for any and all damages to
equipment other than normal wear and tear. (Examples include but are
not limited to a ripped seam(s) on an inflatable due to “overloading
riders”, a puncture of any kind to a unit or excessive water
damage.)
Customer is not liable for damages to equipment due to previously
damaged or faulty equipment.
Q: Can we tape signs on the unit?
A: Absolutely NO signs maybe
taped to units.
Customer will be charged a cleaning fee of $125 per unit if tape has
been used.
